Which terms apply

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Airmony on the devices you own or control. You may not resell the app, or copy, modify or reverse engineer it except where the law allows it.

Your clips

The clips you record are yours. You choose to save, share or delete them, and you are responsible for what you share and for the consent of anyone who appears in them. Face Blur follows the main face but does not guarantee anonymity: review a clip before you share it.

Songs

Song mode lets you practise the melodies of songs. The songs belong to their authors and rights holders; Airmony gives you no right to use them beyond playing along in the app.

Play safely

Airmony is played by moving your hands in front of the camera. Keep a clear space around you and keep the volume at a level that is safe for your ears, especially with headphones.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Airmony running well and may update or change it. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect damage or for the loss of clips you did not save. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. If something goes wrong, write to us first at [email protected].

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date above will change, and the current version will be published at airmony.app/terms.
